New faster links to London and a stress-free move.

But now, thanks to the opening last year of the long awaited Hindhead Tunnel, A3 journey times are much faster, safer and easier. Anyone considering downsizing to a more peaceful rural location can now make the decision, safe in the knowledge that moving out of town doesn't mean losing touch with town. For example, the tunnel means that it only takes about 30 minutes to get from SW London to delightful Liphook and Bramshott Place Village.
Downsizing to Bramshott Place Village is easy, not only because of the generous sized apartments - measuring 1200 square feet, which is the size of an average family house

but also because we are offering a free moving package to purchasers, which includes a packing service. This is a specialist removal company with experience in moving people to retirement villages.
We know that moving home is often very stressful – particularly for older people who are often downsizing from a large family home where they may have lived for many years. This new package aims to make the move as stress-free as possible – and even fun! The moving package is completely free of charge for all mainland locations within a 150-mile radius of Liphook.
