At the heart of village life is Holdenbury House, our luxurious private clubhouse with its dining and hospitality, residents’ lounges and top class facilities. All around, inside and out, you’ll find a host of opportunities to share time with others and yet also the space to sit peacefully enjoying private moments.

A SENSE OF HOSPITALITY

Holdenbury House has its own private bar, restaurant and a residents’ lounge with well-stocked bookshelves and comfortable seating. The combination provides excellent facilities for meeting friends for a meal, tea and coffee, or relaxing at lunch or in the evening with a leisurely drink.

Bramshott Place has its own very active residents’ association that organises get-togethers and contributes to the village social scene.

HEALTH AND FITNESS

A quiet dip in the clubhouse’ private indoor pool adds immeasurably to the satisfaction of keeping fit. Its gently heated water is perfect for letting muscles stretch and tone. We also have a well-equipped fitness centre and, by contrast, a traditional games room with snooker table. If creative thinking is more your motivation, the clubhouse meeting hall is perfect for special interest groups and events.

VILLAGE AMENITIES

Bramshott Place has an extensive range of amenities that add to the richness of the community and can make retirement living so much more convenient. For instance, there’s a village shop and an on-site medical centre with a visiting nurse, doctor and a prescription service. We also maintain a guest suite that you can reserve for family and friends when they come to stay.

OUR VILLAGE TEAM

The effectiveness of our management team is one of the special features that helps make Bramshott Place such a comfortable place to live. The team takes care of the grounds and building maintenance and also arranges services such as weekly laundry and housekeeping. Our approach is one of subtle efficiency. There’s always someone around to make sure that things run smoothly.
