Renaissance Villages hosts open day for latest phase at Bramshott Place
10 Mar 2017
On Wednesday 5 April, leading retirement developer Renaissance Villages will hold an open day for the latest phase of homes at Bramshott Place, a development exclusively for the over 65s in Liphook, Hampshire. The event, which will be held at The Old Thorns Golf and Country Club, Liphook, will offer prospective purchasers the chance to meet the teams involved with Renaissance Villages’ Moving Made Easy initiative and to find out more about the development.
Bramshott Place is set in 30 acres of private grounds, arranged around an historic Tudor gate house and incorporating an idyllic wild flower meadow. The recently refurbished central clubhouse, an integral element of all Renaissance Villages developments, boasts a resident run bar, restaurant and coffee shop, library, gym and leisure suite, pool room and meeting rooms for residents to hold clubs or host parties.
The new two- and three-bedroom cottages will be finished to a very high standard, offering spacious living areas and bedrooms, designed so that downsizers are reducing the number, rather than dimensions, of rooms when making a move from a larger property.
Renaissance Villages’ Moving Made Easy initiative offers an exclusive package of services designed to relieve the stress of downsizing. The upcoming open day will offer potential purchasers the opportunity to meet the team from The Senior Move Partnership, a unique advisory service to help downsizers declutter; in addition to the Assisted Move team, who provide complete management of the sale of customers’ current homes, including organisation and management of the appraisal, viewings, offers, exchange and completion. The developer’s preferred removal team, who offer unrivalled prices to Renaissance Villages’ customers, will also be on hand to offer advice, as will the sales and construction teams, who can talk through the homes available and the construction progress. Tea, coffee, pastries and a light lunch will be served throughout the day.
William Parry, head of development for Renaissance Villages, comments: “With twenty per cent of the new cottages at Bramshott Place already reserved, we have experienced significant interest in the homes available at this popular development. Prospective buyers are consistently impressed by the thoughtfully designed properties and the facilities offered by our clubhouse, which has just undergone a complete refurbishment. The open day will offer interested purchasers the opportunity to find out more about both the property on offer and how we can offer support with the moving process.”
The latest phase is due for completion in 2018. Prices for two bedroom cottages start from £580,000.
The open day will run from 10am-3pm at The Old Thorns Golf and Country Club, Longmoor Rd, Griggs Green, Liphook GU30 7PE. Please call 07870 186 442 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to attend.
