Andrew Maull, Project Manager for Ardmore Construction receives the prestigious Considerate Constructor' award.

Ardmore Construction, the main contractor at Bramshott Place Village, has just been awarded a prestigious Bronze certificate of ‘Performance Beyond Compliance’ under the Considerate Constructors scheme.

The scheme, launched in 1997, has an overall remit to improve the image of the construction industry where its activities impact on the environment, its workforce, and the general public. Essentially it means that companies wishing to be recognised as Considerate Constructors have to be ‘good neighbours’, carefully managing noise, mess, safety and their effect on the environment.

Andrew Maull, Project Manager for Ardmore Construction, commented that some aspects had to be especially carefully considered at Bramshott Place Village, where all of the residents are over 55 - minimising noise, especially early in the morning.
