Bramshott Place Village

Bramshott Place Village in Liphook, Hampshire, is now the proud possessor of a four-star BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating for sustainable design and construction, the highest level that can be achieved. The BREEAM system is the world’s foremost environmental assessment method, and has become recognised as an international benchmark for a building’s or a development’s environmental performance.

BREEAM covers both commercial and domestic developments, and carries out assessments of many aspects of them, including those related to energy and water use, health and well-being, pollution, transport, materials, waste, ecology and construction management processes. It is one of the most comprehensive and stringent eco-rating systems in existence.
