Bramshott Place Village resident to sky-dive to raise funds
for The British Heart Foundation

Bramshott Place Village residents are generally extremely pro-active and many are also involved in charity fundraising efforts. However, Derek Hurry's commitment to do a tandem skydive in aid of The British Heart Foundation marks a new milestone in their go-getting approach to life. Derek, who is 82, has never done anything like this before and wryly admits that his sanity may be in question, especially as he is a nervous flyer. However, he has bravely registered with the London Parachute School and will make the jump early in November.
