Mr. and Mr.s Knight enjoy a cup of tea in their new home at Bramshott Place Village.

The need to downsize is one of the main reasons why people move to Bramshott Place Village, and in the case of Margaret Knight and her husband Quintin, it was the realisation that they possessed no fewer than 70 teacups that made them realise that perhaps it was time to move to smaller premises. “We had far too many belongings,” says Margaret, “and we said, we must downsize.  “We began to search for somewhere with nice surroundings, preferably near an attractive village, and with plenty of outdoor space, as we were used to having a large garden. Quintin spotted Bramshott Place Village on the internet, and we decided to take a look. We met a lot of people who were also looking, as well as people already living here, and everyone seemed pleasant and enjoying themselves. We decided to join them.
