How Bramshott Place Village has provided a vital support network for one Village resident

Urban Renaissance Villages (URV) has been lauded for its achievements at the prestigious Housebuilder of the Year Awards, which took place at London’s Thistle Hotel on 8th November. URV won the Best Retirement Scheme category for its Bramshott Place Village development in Liphook, Hampshire.  It is the latest in a number of honours won by the popular development, including an equally prestigious What House? Award in 2010 – for which it is shortlisted again this year.

Bill Gair, Chief Executive of Urban Renaissance Villages commented: “We are delighted with this win as the Housebuilder of the Year awards are a highlight of the industry year and celebrate the achievements of truly innovative developers. We are in very hallowed company, being one of seven nominated developers, two of them national homebuilders! With a record number of entries this year, and the standard consistently high, competition was fierce, so this win is a magnificent achievement for us,” he said.
