We have just launched our first show homes – cottages and apartments - so you can now come and see for yourself the exceptional range, design, specification and quality of the homes on our exclusive gated scheme.

There are examples of a York and a Wakeley - two of the three-bedroom cottage designs, a Dudley - a spacious two-bedroom cottage, and an elegant two bedroom apartment in Moreton House. The interior designs have been chosen to reflect the ambience of the properties and the preferences of our buyers – a ‘cottagey traditional’ feel for the cottages and a more ‘edgy’ modern theme for the apartments.

The York Show House
The York is one of the larger homes, with one en-suite master bedroom, double guest room, a flexible third room downstairs which has been arranged as a study, and a large galleried landing shown as an artist’s snug. The light-filled living/dining room overlooks the grounds, and has a garden room leading from it.

The show home scheme, in pastel shades of duck-egg blue and dusky pink with an elegant mix of linens and embroidered silks, creates a stylish cottage atmosphere. Dark walnut furniture is combined with glass and chrome fittings, while feature walls in the living room and an outsized damask headboard in the master bedroom add to the warm, sophisticated feel.

The Wakeley Show House
In the Wakeley, the master and first guest bedroom are on the first floor, while the second guest room and living areas on the ground floor have a spacious layout with the garden room situated off the kitchen.
The interior has been designed by Farrow Furnishing and Kathryn Hockley Interiors, using simplistic tones to create a contemporary, light feeling. Matching furniture is beautifully made from solid ash and hand-finished in a natural lacquer.

The Dudley Show Home
The two-bedroom Dudley show home has been dressed by Interior Classics, in sunny creams and yellows with antique brass fittings, to give it a traditional feel, with the contemporary benefits of light, airy rooms. In addition to an en-suite bathroom, the master bedroom has ample space for a king/queen size bed, a sofa if required, and good storage facilities.

Downstairs, the second bedroom is set as a hobbies room, showing a sewing table fitting neatly alongside a daybed for guests. The living areas are well proportioned, with a garden room leading directly off the kitchen, making it perfect for informal dining.

Moreton House Show Apartment
The first-floor show apartment in Moreton House has two double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and one with an en suite shower room. The master bedroom’s bay window offers stunning views over the grounds. The kitchen-dining room also has a bay window, while the generously spaced living room features a balcony for soaking up the peaceful surroundings.

Interior Classics has dressed the apartment in deep, rich tones, giving a hint of grand, mansion-flat living. The furniture is dark walnut with iron detail, and the fittings are antique brass. The second bedroom demonstrates its dual use as guest room and hobbies den.

All our homes are finished to a very high standard, fully double-glazed with independent emergency alarm systems and luxury branded kitchen and bathroom fittings such as Alno and Villeroy & Boch. High-energy ratings are another benefit and the integrated appliances, including electric double oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and dishwater, are all eco “A” rated. Fuel-efficient heating and hot water systems have been installed and solar panels supplement the hot water system to ensure maximum economy.
